Program Manager
Katie Burke is currently the Program Manager. Katie has four years of association management experience and is currently enrolled in the American Society of Association Managers (ASAE) Certificate Program for Association Management. As the Program Manager, Katie is responsible for the proper execution of association meetings, including agenda preparation, committee reports, minutes, and follow-through. In her role Katie produces, promotes, and manages all educational seminars, committee and board meetings, and association conferences. Katie is results-driven, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and quality-driven with proven success.

Catherine Flaherty is the president and founder of Flaherty Associates. Ms. Flaherty, a Certificate of Association Executive (CSA) designee, has extensive executive management experience having served for over 30 years in the association management industry. She started Flaherty Associates, an AMC, in 2007. Currently Flaherty Associates manages the full-service operations for three associations.
